Payment must be completed before items are shipped.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Cyprus and the EU.
Local pickup may be arranged in Larnaca.
Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination.
PM Essentials LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or third-party logistics.
6. Returns & Refunds
Retail customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, in unused condition, for a full refund.
Business (B2B) sales are final unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

7. Warranty
Most products carry a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
Misuse or improper installation
Water damage (unless product is IP-rated and properly installed)
Products modified or tampered with

Businesses may apply for a trade account to access wholesale pricing and priority stock.
We reserve the right to approve or deny applications.
Terms for business clients may vary, and custom agreements supersede these general terms.
